Personal progression - something for me to compare myself to me. @jonesthetrainer's 12 week challenge was a fab way to do this.
Goal was to PB on my deadlift, weighted pulls and weighted chins. Have accountability and feel more organised in my weekly planning.
What I gained was more!! Incorporating more work on breaking down my deadlift technique. Old habits die hard!! Thank you for being so patient! Within this 12weeks l've also run a half marathon, solo Hyrox, a solo ultra and an XC race. NEW PB's after 12 weeks:
1rpm deadlift 107.5kg (starting 105kg poor technique)
1pm weighted chin 32.5kg (20kg)
1rpm weighted pull 20kg (10kg)
