  • Get your winter physique: This is a 12 week DIY challenge designed to help you change shape by losing fat, building muscle and staying on track to upgrade your physique. It gives you fully programmed and scheduled workouts, whatever your level and experience.
  • ​Get your nutritional numbers: The coaching team will help you work out your nutritional numbers and coach you on calories an macros throughout the challenge
  • Get high level online coach support: The personal training team at JTT will be available to give you online support, advice and coaching. You will get training and nutritional support to help you achieve your body goals over the 12 weeks.
  • Coaching library: There is a whole library of coaching content including demo videos, recipe packs, tracking tools and a food diary to help keep you on track.

Meet Jen - previous challenge prize winner

Personal progression - something for me to compare myself to me. @jonesthetrainer's 12 week challenge was a fab way to do this.
Goal was to PB on my deadlift, weighted pulls and weighted chins. Have accountability and feel more organised in my weekly planning.
What I gained was more!! Incorporating more work on breaking down my deadlift technique. Old habits die hard!! Thank you for being so patient! Within this 12weeks l've also run a half marathon, solo Hyrox, a solo ultra and an XC race. NEW PB's after 12 weeks:
1rpm deadlift 107.5kg (starting 105kg poor technique)
1pm weighted chin 32.5kg (20kg)
1rpm weighted pull 20kg (10kg)


Being part of a group was so much fun and really benefited from others who joined in the chat and also on the weekly topics. It was a good way to connect and find out that we're all going through similar experiences and offer ideas and encouragement to each other.

RACHEL TYTLER

Rachel's calibre speaks for itself. She has proven herself on an international stage as an athlete and coach. From competing all around the world as an elite athlete and champion Judoka, to coaching and personal training with clients around the world. In contrast to her performance on the on the judo mat Rachel is one of the nicest trainers you will ever meet (off the mat 😂) and this makes the perfect combination when it comes to understanding her clients needs and getting the best from them.

MARK JONES

Mark has been personal training for 25 years both face-to-face and online. With a background in sport science and having previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach in professional rugby and football, he has and extensive background in getting body composition and performance results. Mark has been in this game a long time and has seen success from just about every part of the health and fitness industry. With a foundation in Sport & Exercise science he has been successfully training clients towards their body goals since 1999.

Here are some answers to common questions:

  • How do I know this is suitable for me?: This challenge is open to everyone and your training plan will be designed to suit your level, whether you are just starting out or a more experienced participant.
  • What is the challenge? The challenge is an open to all, 12 week online training and nutrition program by the JTT team, to help you achieve your goal physique. Each week you will upload your progress to help with your adherence to the challenge and make sure you see results
  • ​Is the challenge open to anyone? YES! You can join the challenge from anywhere in the world.
  • ​What is the winning prize? The winner will get £1,000. This is given to one person only and to whom has made the best overall progress over the 12 weeks. This is judged by the coaching team.
  • I'm not a member of a gym, can I still do this?: Your plan can be designed to work from home with minimal equipment or if you are in a fully equipped gym. If you are training at home suggestions can be made on what kit may be useful for you but  some/ all or the following would be recommended - barbell plus weights, squat rack, dumbbells, bench, resistance 
  • ​Can I talk to someone about this first?: Yes you can contact us here and we would be happy to arrange a no obligation call to chat through the details with you before you make a decision.
